Business Development Enterprise was founded in 2023 by Arcelia Gonzales, Business Development Enterprise is a dynamic consulting firm committed to empowering entrepreneurs and businesses to achieve their fullest potential. With a vision to support ventures from inception to sustained growth, we specialize in providing tailored services, including business plan development, scaling strategies, and comprehensive consulting solutions.
This business branched out from Arcelia's other venture, Sister Sweets LLC, an event planning company that added a platform for empowering entrepreneurs. Sister Sweets began by hosting pop-up shops to provide entrepreneurs with opportunities to grow and learn, introduced The Balloon Academy, a program designed for aspiring balloon artists, and created the Vision Board Experience, which inspires clients to embrace goal setting and a positive mindset.
We are proud to offer Kidpreneur events and classes, designed to inspire and educate the next generation of young entrepreneurs, fostering creativity and business skills from an early age.
Arcelia brings extensive experience as a Senior Strategy and Operations Consultant and a proven track record in strategic partnerships and process optimization. Under her leadership, the company has successfully collaborated with a diverse range of organizations, including Rich Township, Front Row, Blue Island Park District, and Harry’s Long Bar. With a results-driven approach, she has led initiatives such as increasing revenue by 300% through event planning and driving cost savings for supply chain contracts.
